Jordan Colin Lynn-Jefferson, 19, of Eastsound, is charged with one count of possession of methamphetamine.
He has an omnibus hearing on June 8. His trial is set for July 31.
On April 29, Lynn-Jefferson was taken into custody because he had a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. While searching him, a deputy found a hypodermic needle, which had clear liquid inside, according to court documents. The deputy recalled that Lynn -Jefferson said the liquid was “water.”
According to court documents, the deputy also found a large blue rubber band and a baggy with a white crystalline substance. The deputy conducted a field test kit, which concluded the substance was methamphetamine.
Lynn-Jefferson’s criminal record includes disorderly conduct.
