Children three to six will play outside and inside in activities including games, stories, puzzles, music, building, and making new friends at the annual Orcas Rec Program Summer Day camp. Snacks will be provided during the Monday to Friday, Aug. 10 to 14, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. sessions at Salmonberry School. Registration can be for the week or by the day. The cost is $65 a week or $17 a day.

Children ages 6-15 will create pottery on the wheel or by hand with experienced potters and play at the beach as part of The Right Place Pottery program on Tuesday, Aug. 11 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Participants may return later to paint their creations. The cost is $15.
