Islanders enjoyed a stream of dolled-up pets and kids in Kaleidoscope Preschool and Child Care Center’s 26th annual Pet Parade today.
Participants won blue ribbons and trophies in all categories, and the afternoon was rounded out by live music, snow cones, and hot dogs and hamburgers (donated by the Lower Tavern) from Kaleidoscope’s concession stand. Despite the grey clouds and cool breezes, a howling good time was had by all.
