A 2.5 percent fare increase will go into effect on all Washington State Ferry routes on Jan. 1, 2011.

Generally, new fares for the Anacortes to Lopez, Shaw, Orcas or Friday Harbor route will be: Vehicle and Driver Full Fare (under 20 ft) $39.85 to Friday Harbor, $33.55 to Shaw & Orcas, $27.95 to Lopez, $18.75 Inter-Island, Multi-Ride (5 ride) $149.45 to Friday Harbor, $125.85 to Shaw & Orcas, $104.85 to Lopez, $75.00 Inter-Island, Passenger Fares: Full Fare Adult $11.50, Senior (65+) or Disabled $5.75, Youth (6-18 yrs) $9.20, Commuter: Multi-Ride (10 ride) $74.75.

There is no longer a difference in day of the week pricing.
