The Salmonberry School’s Annual Spring Dinner and Silent Auction is on Saturday, May 21 at 5 p.m. at Orcas Center.
Founded in 2001, the school is celebrating its 15th year of offering a holistic education program for island children ages pre-school thru sixth grade.
The evening starts at 5 p.m. with a silent auction featuring auction items. There is something for everyone – from a beachfront vacation villa in Costa Rica to Dress Circle tickets to the Seattle Opera to home plate tickets and an autographed baseball from the Seattle Mariners.
Paris Wilson and Martin Lund will provide the musical entertainment and a 3-course dinner will be prepared by local chef Gil Beccerva.
All proceeds from this event go towards the scholarship fund that benefits island families. Childcare is available at the Salmonberry School by reservation. Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased at Darvill’s Book Store or online at Brown Paper Tickets. For more info contact Paula at 376-3115.
