The Orcas Island Community Foundation and the Funhouse are cosponsoring a workshop on the new 990 tax form with Jane Searing, CPA, of Clark Nuber.
Searing specializes in issues of public disclosure, income and excise tax planning for exempt organizations and was listed in the April/May 2008 issue of CPA Magazine as one of the Top 50 IRS Practitioners and April/May 2009 issue of CPA Magazine as one of the Top 40 Practitioners to Know In A Recession.
This workshop will focus on demystifying the complex new 990 tax form and rules for nonprofit organizations.
