The Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, Dec. 1 from 3:45 to 5 p.m.

Take a break and join them in the Village Green for a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus – with gifts for the children – followed by the tree lighting.

All festivities are accompanied by the Orcas Community Band, playing holiday favorites.

The schedule is as follows: hot apple cider and baked treats starting at 3:45 p.m. Santa and the Band begin at 4 p.m. and tree lighting is 5 p.m.
