The Washington State Transportation Commission has launched FROG (Ferry Riders’ Opinion Group) to gather input on such issues as fare increases, a fuel surcharge, and more.

San Juan County Ferry Advisory Committee Chair Ed Sutton says the commission is trying to “get more people involved in the survey process.”
