The World has lost the most AMAZING person! Mary Lynn Forbes, intensely caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many; lovingly and enduringly known as Mamie, left this world a lesser place on May 18, 2023 at the age of 80.

Mamie was born to parents, David and Bernice on December 16th, 1942 in Shelton, WA. She grew up in Idaho along with brothers, Nick and Thad and sister, Sharon. She was a graduate of Borah High School and Boise State University. She is survived by the love of her life, Jim, sons Shawn and Ryan (Amee) and five grandchildren. Mamie and Jim met in Milbrae, CA in 1965. They were married on July 9, 1966 in San Mateo, CA.

Mamie loved completely and selflessly! She was a fierce and loyal protector and provider for any and all in need or who would ask. She was everyone’s loudest cheerleader, strongest supporter, and most empathetic voice, and heart to us all! She has left this earth with a void that cannot be filled but she survives forever in our hearts and souls.
