Roxanne Lindholm passed away suddenly at her home in Colorado.

Roxie was born and raised on her beloved Orcas Island, where she lived most of her life. Those fortunate enough to know her found themselves in the company of a beautiful person. Roxie was a kind and giving woman who never asked for anything in return. During her lifetime she held several different jobs, but her true joy was working at her sewing machine as a professional seamstress.

Recently, Roxie moved to Colorado to be closer to her daughter Cherie (Frank) Gomez, grandchildren A.J. Brandon and Cisco, daughter Adrienne Razo, grandchildren Dalton and Jordan of Riverdale, Calif., her mother Cherie (Bill) Carlson, brother Eric (Jean) Lindholm, sisters Mary Sue (Sonny) Thompson and Rainey Lindholm, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Roxie was preceded in death by her father Art Lindholm and sister Cindy Swanson.

She will be dearly missed.

A memorial will be held at the Lindholm residence Saturday, Sept. 17, from 1 to 4 p.m.
