The Odd Fellows were responsible for the clean up of the entire length of Haven Road.

As in years past, we gladly accepted this task not knowing what to expect. This year was quite different. The entire length of Haven Road was virtually clean of trash especially the area around Madrona Point. This area is often frequented by the younger generation of the island and is years past, was quite trashy. However, this year there was basically nothing. The only trash was in the trash can. We often criticize the teenagers for their actions but this is one time when we can shout out a big thank you. You showed respect for the point, the island and yourselves. Job well done.
