The Orcas Christian School Saints volleyball team has finished its second week of games with a win. The Saints have played four games and are sitting at .500 with a record of 2-2.
The Saints started games last week with a loss at home to Arlington Christian 3-1. After the long drive to Skykomish the Saints responded with a win 3-0.
The second week of play started with an away loss at top-ranked Tulalip Heritage in three close games. The Saints again finished the week off with a win at home against Lummi Nation in three quick sets.
“It is great getting to play our games,” said setter Sofia Garcia. “We are getting better with every practice.”
The Saints have two games coming up next week: Tuesday, Sept. 27 away at Providence Christian and Thursday, Sept. 29 at home against Cedar Park Christian.
