Baturay Balic and Julien Kos founded the Orcas Island Football Club last year and received 501(c)3 status this past winter.

Athletes ages 8 and up have been practicing since February, and their season-opening game is on Saturday, April 19 on Whidbey Island. The next two games are April 26 and May 3. All of the matches will be off-island.
