Orcas Rec offers up junior sailing classes

Junior Sailing offers students between the ages of 8 and 15 an opportunity to learn to sail in a variety of boats. Students are encouraged to progress in their sailing ability to larger, faster and more sophisticated boats.

Junior Sailing offers students between the ages of 8 and 15 an opportunity to learn to sail in a variety of boats. Students are encouraged to progress in their sailing ability to larger, faster and more sophisticated boats.

Need-based scholarships for the class fees are available. Classes are offered weekly, Mondays-Thursdays 9 a.m. to noon for beginners; 1 to 4 p.m. for intermediate and advanced.
