The Viking boys soccer team made it to state!
On Nov. 9, the team competed for the third seed in districts against Crosspoint at Sammamish High School.
The Vikings came out of the game with a 6-1 victory, placing third in districts.
With the win, the team continued on into the first round of state, playing on Nov. 16 in Anacortes. A win would move them to the semifinals on Nov. 22, down in Sumner. The team is hoping to make it to the championship game on Nov. 23.
Jaydon Krisch represented the Vikings in Pasco on Nov. 9 in state for cross-country.
He was able to complete the 5K in 17:15 (his PR). Runners from all across Washington came to run in this race, and Krisch finished in 28th out of 154, the top 18%.
