Girls’ soccer
The Lady Vikings played La Conner on Sept. 17, losing 1-0. The Lady Vikings then took on Friday Harbor at home on Sept. 19, losing 4-1. The team played Sultan on Sept. 21, which was a tied game at 0-0. Orcas played Mt. Vernon Christian on Sept. 23 after the Sounder went to press. The team’s next games are against Auburn Adventist on Sept. 30 at 3 p.m. and MVC again on Oct. 2 at 4 p.m., both of which are away games.
Boys’ soccer
The boys’ soccer team won their last two games. On Sept. 14, the Vikings beat Mt. Vernon Christian 3-0. On Sept. 16, Orcas played Grace Academy, winning 5-0. The Vikings took on Providence Classical Christian at a home game on Sept. 24, after the Sounder went to press. The team’s next games are both away: La Conner on Sept. 26 at 4 p.m. and Friday Harbor on Sept. 28 at 1:30 p.m.
Volleyball
The Lady Vikings volleyball team lost its last two games. The girls played Lopez on Sept. 13 with a final score of 3-0 and Auburn Adventist on Sept. 19, 3-1. The Vikings will next play Concrete during an away game on Sept. 26 at 4 p.m.
