The Lady Vikings lost to Friday Harbor at home on May 7, 13-4.

Alyssa Johns, Astasia Monahan, Victoria Plunkett-Stafford and Emma Rodgers all ran home, scoring the game’s four runs. Plunkett-Stafford, Olivia Brunner-Gaydos and Flora Lister each had at least one RBI.

The Vikings traveled to Darrington on May 10 to face off against the Loggers in their last game of the regular season.

“We’re going into district playoffs next weekend and we’ll have the shot to go to state,” Coach Kevin White said. “We’re hoping to play hard and take the crown at districts.”

Districts is scheduled for Janicki Field in Sedro-Woolley on May 18.
