The Vikings placed fourth in the Northwest 2B league tournament on Saturday, earning a berth at bi-districts next weekend.

Orcas began the day with a 3-0 win against Shoreline Christian, then fell to a tough Darrington squad, ranked eighth in the state.

Needing one more win to get to districts, the Vikings pounded Concrete 3-0, securing their spot. In the final match Orcas lost a close and scrappy match to Mount Vernon Christian on their home court.
